Climactic, energetic, and catchy! :D I love the melodies and mood. Some of the instruments felt a little too penetrating for the overall blissful mood, though, like the one at :57. However, I love the full sound of the track as well as the structure and transitions. It's uplifting, but also really cool! ^^ I love what you did with the drums, btw, as well as the variations at 3:26. Overall, pretty awesome piece! :D I've been waiting for a song from you that has the same significance for me as "Take the Risk," and I think I just found it! ^^ Please post more often, DJ Babokon! I love your music! <3 ;)

Thanks for your review man!! I love you!
And I've been pretty busy with other stuff *labels*ahem*EP*cough*so that's why I haven't posted as much. ;)

I like the atmospheric mood and instruments. I wish it progressed a little faster, and it lacks substance at some parts (like around 1:30), but I liked the melody at 1:48 and the upbeat vibe. The structure was also good, as well as the dynamic contrast and emotion at 2:20. The transitions were rock-solid, btw. You varied it really well, too, and I like the ending a lot! :D Some parts make me think of a happy, animated family in a car commercial for a hybrid or otherwise fuel-efficient vehicle. :) Nice work, Johnfn! ;D

johnfn responds:

Ha yes. I was trying to portray both the outside and the inside of the biodome. However the "outside" bit (the first half) was a bit rushed and lacked as much detail. Your animated family thing is kinda great though. Thanks for the review.

I like the emotion at the beginning and the constantly changing styles of this piece. It slowly evolved into a more energetic track, and then more of a chill-out vibe. I also like the vocal harmonies at the end, and the instrumentals were really good as always. I would've liked to see a little more cohesion with the different styles, though. I challenge you to make the changes in style more meaningful (maybe you could transition back into a style similar to the beginning at the end?). Still, a cool piece. You certainly deserve all the attention you're getting on Newgrounds, UlfusNG! :D

ulfusNG responds:

Yeah I'm still just trying to show off the styles I can do, I'm going to do a more serious Stalin piece about the gulags later.

I like the instruments and mood. It's catchy and cool, but I wish it progressed a lot faster. It gets very repetitive by the end, but I like the ambiguous ending and mixing. I think it just needs a little more of a direction to take, y'know? Overall, pretty good work. It has potential. ;)

8-Scars responds:

Thanks, ill try harder next time. However, I feel as if it really didn't much more, but i see what you're saying.
Thanks for the review! :)

It's really catchy and cool. I love the instruments and energy. It progresses pretty fast, which is good, and is well-varied. It flows smoothly and is very well-structured. I love the funky melody at 1:15. I also love how it goes somewhere instead of being pointlessly repetitive, and 2:28 acted as a sort of "arrival point" in that sense. A very unique and interesting piece! It even makes a good loop! Excellent work! ;D

bluebooblue responds:

Thank you very much!!! Yes, I don't like when a song doesn't moves from one point to another,!! I used to have a problem with this because I wanted to make every part of the track different but then I realized repetition is very important u_u thanks a lot for your review, I am going to check on your tracks now!!!

I love the instruments! :D It's very climactic and energetic. It has a video-game sort of vibe to it. I also love the transitions at :14 and 1:09. It's well-structured, smooth-flowing, and catchy, an overall awesome piece! ;D

ChasingPresence responds:

Why thank you sir :)

I like the suspenseful mood and instruments, especially the choir and the snare. Well-structured and very climactic. I like the energy and also the dynamic contrast. It loops really well too. I love the ominousness of this piece. It sounds cinematic in a way. Great job yet again, Johnfn! ;D

johnfn responds:

Thanks for the review bro!

The melody is cute and the instruments are cool. :3 It's nice and upbeat and easy to listen to. I love the harmonies and mood. I wish it progressed a little faster, though, and had more dynamic contrast to it, because right now, it sounds pretty uniform throughout. I didn't think it needed to be so long, and the ending wasn't really that interesting, but still a smooth-flowing, well-structured, unique and interesting piece. Nice work! ;)

It's climactic and catchy, with some cool instruments to go along! :D I love the melody at :57, and the instrument you used for it gives the track a video-game sort of feel to it. I wish it progressed a little faster, though, especially at the beginning. Dubstep isn't really my favorite genre, but I like the part at 2:20 a lot, as well as the lyrics, although there's not a lot of passion in your voice. It's smooth-flowing and well-structured, and overall solid piece. ;)

dj-Jo responds:

Ah thanks for the review (:
And it did seem a little slow to me at first but I decided to keep this way
Hmm, maybe I should said those lines a little better hah well at least you didn't get hear me sing. Oh man, i'm glad I kept the lyrics said instead of sang xD my voice is a disaster haha

Thanks again for reviewing TheDoor6
