I love the melody at the beginning and those transitions with the crash. The instruments are really cool, and I absolutely love the transition at 1:12. It's very smooth-flowing and well-structured, and the mood is just excellent. The breakdown at 2:35 really set up the rest of the piece really well, too. You have amazing dynamic contrast, and you really tell a story with your music, which I love. My one tiny complaint is that it ends a little suddenly. Maybe you could use that crash as a transition again and gradually strip away the layers. That would be a cool finale to an epic track! Nice job, man! ;D

Thank you :)

Nice! :D I love the synths and bass and guitar. You've definitely used the vocal-sounding effect at :14 before, though. The melody at :40 reminds of "Make A Run For It." I love how there's so much variety but, while the energetic, techno-y mood is great, I wish you connected it more gradually with the cute, videogame-like mood. The transitions at :40 and 1:46 felt a little too sudden. The instruments are really cool, though, and I like what you did with the ending. Btw, I've been looking forward to your next album for months! :D I know it'll turn out great! Keep it up, Waterflame! ;D

I love the funky instruments and mood. The hat leading up to the transition at :34 made it sound a little too busy, but I love the transition itself as well as the melody at :34. It does have a very warm vibe, and it even loops pretty well. Nice job! :D

Thanks bro! I recently discovered that if you put tons of crashes in a row it sounds pretty cool, so I decided to abuse it in my build up. Ha!

I like the beat at the beginning and the cool instruments. I liked the bassiness, especially at 1:11. It's well-structured and smooth-flowing, and I like the creepy mood that becomes more prominent around 1:40 - 2:30. It could've progressed a little faster at times, and I think you could've done more with dynamic contrast, but it's still a really solid track. Keep at it, man! ;D

I love the instruments and mood. You incorporated the vocals really well. I wish there was more variation, though, and that it progressed a little faster. However, I like the emotion induced by the piano and the beat as well. It's well-structured and smooth-flowing, but given the lack of variation it probably shouldn't have been 4 minutes long. Still, I like the ending and, overall, it's a really good piece. ;)

SideBySky responds:

Thank you for the review! I'm not very musically educated.. So I might Message you with concerns for the variation. If you think there is something wrong then I'll fix it! Other than that thank you for the kind words and expect more like this! :)

I love the mood and instruments. It's the perfect combination of tranquil, creepy, and blissful! :D It's very well-structured and smooth-flowing. I love what you did with the drums later in the piece, and how the mood is completely transformed. The ending was a little sudden, but that's my only complaint! ;) Amazing work! ;D

bluebooblue responds:

Wow!! I just saw this review, sorry for the late reply! Thank you so much, I'm really glad you like it ;D yes! well, the ending is like that because that's what the dream turned into, you know how dream sequences always change and stuff

Thanks for listening and reviewing n_______n

I love this! :D What a well-structured, well-varied, feel-good track! Loops really well, too. The instruments and mixing were top-notch! Amazing work, DJ Babokon! <3

I like the instruments and mood. The melody creates a sense of stumbling somehow. I imagined an overweight, drunk Southern man waddling through a ghost town as if he was the mayor! XD It's a short, feel-good piece. Nice work! ;D

Possibly responds:

Thanks very much :) I think you've just described my life...apart from being Southern .
